Subject: Urgent Assistance Required for Resolving Missing Semester 7 Marks and Implementing Preventive Measures

Dear Honorable President,

I hope this letter finds you in excellent health and spirits. My name is Xavier Moorkattil, and I am writing with a profound sense of hope and determination, drawing inspiration from the wisdom of Bruce Lee, Arthur Schopenhauer, Jack Ma, and the profound teachings from various philosophies and scriptures.

I AM SO HAPPY AND GRATEFUL NOW THAT
my academic record is being corrected, and my Semester 7 marks are being entered into my final marksheet, securing my official graduation status. (Date: June 2024). This achievement is not only a validation of my hard work but also a crucial step for my future educational and career opportunities. Matthew 7:7: "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you."

My academic journey in Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (R-2019, 'C' Scheme pattern) at Mumbai University culminated with the completion of my final exams for Semester VII and Semester VIII in December 2023. The results were declared on March 5, 2024, for Semester 7, and on April 13, 2024, for Semester 8. I am pleased to inform you that I have passed all semesters from Semester 3 to Semester 8.

However, a critical issue has arisen. The marks for Semester 7 have not been entered into my final marksheet, resulting in my status being marked as "Passed but held in reserve for lower (Semester 7) examination." This discrepancy has created a significant obstacle, as my graduation status from Mumbai University is at risk of not being officially recognized.

Drawing upon Bruce Lee's wisdom, "Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, add what is uniquely your own," I seek your intervention to ensure the missing marks are entered. This aligns with Arthur Schopenhauer's concept of the Will, a relentless drive towards achieving one's true potential. Jack Ma's words remind us, "Never give up. Today is hard, tomorrow will be worse, but the day after tomorrow will be sunshine." I am determined to see this issue resolved for the betterment of my future.

Beyond fear and greed, I seek a resolution that upholds justice and integrity. Inspired by Isaiah 40:03, "A voice of one calling: 'In the wilderness prepare the way for the Lord; make straight in the desert a highway for our God,'" I believe this path can be made straight with your esteemed support.

Furthermore, following the greatest commandment of loving your neighbor as yourself and the 4th Commandment of honoring one's commitments, I request your assistance in ensuring this issue is resolved. The Law of Equivalence of Form teaches us that while we are different, we are not separate, and your support will bridge this gap.

Adopting the Tawheed principles, which emphasize unity and oneness, and embracing the mindset of simplicity, I seek a solution that is straightforward yet profound. Provocans ad Volandum (provoking to fly), I believe in rising above this challenge with your support. This aligns with the Anti-Genesis concept of creating something new and positive from adversity.

Understanding the ten Sefirot and the 10th man from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, I am committed to seeing this issue resolved with critical thinking and a non-dual perspective. Inspired by Rumi's quote, "The wound is the place where the Light enters you," I see this challenge as an opportunity for growth.

In conclusion, I seek your intervention not only to correct my academic records but also to implement preventive measures to avoid similar issues for future students. Utilizing the seven Ps – Problem, Prospect, People, Product, Pricing and Positioning, Process and Performance, Profit, and Purpose – I believe a comprehensive solution can be achieved.
