Admittedly, a offense if proved; however, the very notion of this ban seems incorrect as Perez, throughout his duration on the platform prior to the ban, had done nothing that would legitimately deserve such a drastic punishment. No more than many of the creators on the platform. This becomes even more unfair when considering others who have inadvertently violated the guidelines, not fully understanding them, yet are granted the chance to appeal and return. An opportunity shamefully denied to Perez.
