Update Sept 21, 2025, Urge the EPA & MoDOT to Construct Sound Walls along I-270 for Noise Reduction

I have contacted numerous attorneys and interviewed with three law firms. Each of these three firms was interested in taking on cases where the plaintiff is willing to settle. I am unwilling to accept a settlement. I am waiting to hear from one additional lawyer, with whom I have been in contact (by completing an intake form). This last intake process will take about two weeks.

Today I emailed Orchard Lakes Subdivision HOA. I asked the HOA, “Are you interested in asking for legal help from the subdivision’s legal representative?”
