Hi Supporters and/or Orchard Lakes Subdivision Community Members,

For the TV news report on August 11, 2025 (Residents continue to fight), I give a heartfelt "Thank you" to the KMOV-TV News team members, with my special appreciation for Russell Kinsaul, KMOV-TV News Reporter. In the last few weeks, I have contacted nine legal organizations to represent me, Supporters, and/or Orchard Lakes Subdivision residents. My endeavors are unsuccessful.

I am presenting you with a summary of replies from each organization, containing an identifier I have assigned to each organization. Using an identifier (instead of a name) and a summary (in place of exact replies) assures that I do not expose sensitive information or include negative connotations.

I am working on writing a 60-day notice to EPA, MoDOT, and other relevant individuals of my intent to sue. I will subsequently take the following steps:

• I will present my finished letter to the Orchard Lakes Subdivision residents and/or others once I have finalized a draft.
• I will meet with and ask interested parties to write and mail/email a 60-day notice to EPA and MoDOT.
• Depending on recommendations for revision and the meeting outcome with interested parties, I will mail/email my letter of intent.
• While I await a response to my letter, I will continue looking for legal representation. I will ask these potential attorneys to file a federal civil case using 5 U.S.C., 28 U.S.C., 42 U.S.C., and EPA's regulations, 40 CFR.
