Mid-way through Season 5 'Oblivion' of Limbus Company, Project Moon CEO Kim Ji-Hoon announced they would discontinue the production of 2 Star Identities (equal to something like an A-Rank or R Rarity in other Gacha) for a multitude of reasons. This has resulted in large balance and powercreep issues even in a short time period, and a lack of new 2 stars means new players are unable to obtain more up-to-date IDs easier while catching up to the story. 

Following the release of Canto 8: The Surrendered Witnessing, multiple popular characters (Such as Lin Daiyu and Xue Pan) would have been prime candidates for 00 Identities, but due to the lack of said Identities, they were sadly cut and will most likely never appear as Identities. This trend will invariably continue as more story content releases, leading to a larger disparity of characters who should have IDs made of them, and a lack of Identities overall. Additionally, the lack of 00 Identities leads to longer periods of time between Sinner Content (such as Meursault's infamous 8 month lack of content) due to how 000 Identities and E.G.O are released.

Therefore, I believe now is the time for we as a playerbase to band together and make our distaste of the lack of 00 Identities apparent, and show PM that a large portion of their fanbase do still want these Identities as opposed to non-stop 000 IDs
