I'm begging in a simple way, and to get others to connect so that my friend's Father, Mr. Sparks, contacts Spectrum to bring them in, and fix the constant outages and dips in speed. As it is a constant issue for my Friend to play games, call, or even text. And it's happening to everyone in the household!
