Update the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 for Northern Ireland

Update the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 for Northern Ireland
The Issue
Disabled people of Northern Ireland are less protected and less equal in law, in comparison to our GB or ROI counterparts.
"The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom which has now been repealed and replaced by the Equality Act 2010, except in Northern Ireland where the Act still applies."
Due to our lack of legal protections, courts in Northern Ireland have scope to discriminate disabled people. Based on the behaviour of the Northern Ireland Employment Tribunal aka OITFET, it is clear disabled people, especially those with invisible disabilities and mental health conditions are being failed.
As OITFET is under the Department for Economy, it is not under the watchful eye of the Department of Justice. Lady Chief Justice, Dame Siobhan Keegan also won't take action against OITFET, no matter how many disclosures of abuse against disabled people she receives.
NI Litigants have sought help with this issue, asking the highest positions in our governments (Westminster, Stormont & Oireachtas). Not only are they ignoring our pleas for help, so has every political party in Northern Ireland.
Due to no one fulfilling the leadership role, the sovereign government at Westminster can take action and help disabled people of Northern Ireland be equal with their neighbours in GB and Rep. of Ireland.
We need action NOW as disabled people are suffering at the hands of our failing legal system, which is so severe, it is breaching their human rights.
See Articles below for more information.
Chris Heaton Harris, we need the Equality Act 2010 to also apply to Northern Ireland.
