We as students of Unisa are really taking a stand against Ms Esther Chigo, who has failed the students, that is doing Performance management (HRM3706). She has failed us in more ways than one. Continuously failing without correcting us. She is unethical, rude, unfair, dismissive and disrespectful towards all students that requires her guidance and assistance with this module. She has outright accused students of cheating when no evidence was presented. She has refused to assist students to retrieve their exam scripts from the alternative link, when it was her job as a lecturer to do so. Majority of students are failing/ repeating this module over and over and no guidance has been given to her students. Most students can’t graduate because of this particular module that is preventing them from obtaining their degree. We are fed up and need this matter to be looked into.
