First of all, this petition was started not to bring down the good image of Univeraity of London(UOL). The main purpose we had started this petition is to request the UOL to change the examination time from a 2 hour exam into a 24 hrs examination.

I do acknowledge that there may be some valid concerns among the staffs of UOL as to issues relating to integrity. However, it is important to note that UOL is a global university where it caters students from all continents. Hence, it has to be noted that not all countries have a continued access to Internet. In a third world country, Internet may not be a guaranteed thing and this issue may cause a serious turbulence to all students. Besides that, having a 24 hrs assesement would also ensure students would have the necessary adequate time should there(God forbid) be any technical faults, errors or glitches in the system. 

I honestly would like to thank and appreciate the efforts of Mr Simon and the entire UOL team for their sacrifices and effort. However, I feel a 24 hrs assesement is the way forward. To be honest, many universities also doing the same and a good example would be, University of Essex that has opted to conduct a 24 hrs assesement for it's students. 

Dear Mr Simon and staffs of UOL, please do know that I and my fellow friends/students are not here to challenge or bring shame to our beloved university. All we want is a bigger time allocation to prevent a crisis happening. This is our future and should there be any issues, it is highly likely that there won't be any progressions in our career. At the same time, if you were to feel that 24 hrs assesement is a little too much, then you can make it into a maybe 10hrs assesement depending on your prerogative. 

Last but not least, I and my fellow students of UOL sincerely hope that you take the best decision for us.
