Hello University of Calgary Students and administrative team. 

As I’m sure many of you continue to battle the unspoken combined stress of academics and the current pandemic, It has come to my attention of the dire need that needs to be taken by the administrative team to extend the credit/fail option to students in the fall 2020/winter 2020 terms. This semester many of us have faced deaths of loved ones, isolation, sickness, depression, anxiety, and material/ a workload of labs,assignments, quizzes and exams far beyond the level of our classes. With  a lack of understanding for the given situation from some professors at the university this year, many students have NOT felt supported and are calling on the administrative team and the University of Calgary to take action and see the large majority of student that are struggling. 

To the administrative team at the university of Calgary, please see this as a call for help from your students to see through the implementation of the pass/ fail grading system for the Fall 2020/Winter 2021 semesters.
