For years “under god” has been in the pledge of allegiance every day kids around America recite it to show there love for America. But the phrase under god is very much against what this country was built upon. The very first article of the constitution declares people have freedom of religion this is our country’s founding document it represents what every true American strives to become but our own pledge goes against it. It is just wrong that under god was added I am asking the Supreme Court to remove it and let the pledge of allegiance go back to its original form before 1957. It has been a great injustice to the American people that we have had to use a pledge to show allegiance for our country that goes against the founding rules our country was built up upon
