Anime encourages young people to be imaginative. For  many people anime and manga is a whole new world of adventures and stories. Several anime/manga have depicted FICTIONAL NEET characters in a positive light, to bring enjoyment and comedy to the readers

Anime encourages social groupings. Many anime fans join other gruops with people with similar interests so they can talk about previous shows or episodes and discuss their views on what happened or what they think is to come.

In anime there are some sexual themes but they warn about that when you see the ratings. so you cant complain about it when it clearly states it.

Anime encourages pedophilia. That is wrong on all levels. one hentai is a form of manga yes but it wasn't created for the normal viewers. it started for the people who asked for it. so you are blaming them for pleasing their audiences need and wants. that just good business.
