The Issue
Under Article VIII Of The United Nations Treaty System -
"The jurisdiction of the Contracting Party of which they are nationals in respect to all acts or omissions occurring while they are in Antarctica".
This prohibits scientific research by independent geologist. There must be more investigation in to the only uninhabited land left on Earth. Is there more land available that is undiscovered?
