The Issue

Hollybank Trust Workers: Take Action Now!

Right now, many workers at Hollybank Trust are already under immense pressure. 

Many are working in teams that are understaffed, with workloads that are growing, alongside changes to shift patterns which are causing stress and affecting work-life balance.

Now, the Trust are planning to make things even harder.

Proposals to change terms and conditions and cut employee benefits as an attempt to close a budget gap on the backs of their dedicated staff; along with the risk of redundancy, is unacceptable.

This isn't just a proposal; it's a threat to the livelihoods of workers and the vital services they provide.

UNISON members are the largest group of workers at Hollybank Trust, and have the power to demand better!

If Hollybank Trust need to make savings at the expense of jobs and terms and conditions, then it is important that the processes are conducted properly and lawfully.

UNISON members demand that Hollybank Trust: - 

1) IMMEDIATELY PAUSES all proposed cuts and changes.

2) FORMALLY RECOGNISES UNISON to ensure that every single employee has a voice and is protected through meaningful consultation
