Dear students of University X,

We hear you and we understand why you are upset. Due to that, please sign this petition so that we (the student council of University X) will be able to be the voice on your behalf and present your dissatisfactions to the school. In order to do so, please provide justifications for your dissatisfaction on the University’s decision to not reduce the resource fee. This is so that we are able to present your justifications to the University to persuade them on reducing the resource fee.
