"Change We Demand, Justice Is Inevitable."

Asian drug users have been going through various plight of human rights violation, arbitrary detention, extra judicial killings and harassment by society and government .

To mitigate the challenges the regional network was formed named Asian Network of People Who Use Drugs (ANPUD). However, there always has been in-house conflict and results in no longer existence of its legitimate bind with Thai Foundation with the case filed by Thai employees at police station of Bangkok. The charge was against communication coordinator reported threat of killing two female staffs. 

In this juncture of time providing enormous technical support by International Network of People Who Use Drugs (INPUD), to support Asian drug users living with HIV and HEPC, all the efforts are in vain. 

So, to complete work which was planned INPUD along with Intrem Advisory Group from different country came to the concensus to form Network of People Who Use Drugs ( NAPUD). 

All the selection process was done in democratic way and now NAPUD is functional. However, few so called activists having had history of working against community are writing emails to UNAIDS and many other like minded agencies who are minded to stop AIDS by 2030 as per Millinium Developmental Goal. 

The newly formed NAPUD consists of 10 country's networks representation. However few Nepalese so called activists are going against because of their deep rooted power play mentality. 

Hence, this petition is to assist young, dynamics and second line leaders of the Asian region.
