Carlos Sanchez started this petition to U.S. Senate and

President Trump has mandated on Nov. 1 that we should nationally remember americans killed by illegal aliens. He felt that it was ok to do this on Nov 1st of all days which we know is the day of the dead for the hispanic community and by doing this we feel it is racially charged and a slap in the face to our culture, community and people. Time and time again he has shown disrespectful and hurtful remarks to multiple cultures and I feel this was just one way to get back at people he dislikes. I know we have days of remembrance for different events in history and I could even see maybe a day of remembrance for people lost in this country but this is racially charged as it is said be by illegal aliens and of all days he makes on a big day for the Hispanic culture The day of the Dead "el día de los muertos" if we don't say anything now whose culture is going to be next that he decides to put something on or disregard just because he doesn't like them please stand up and help not only the Hispanic community but just Mankind in general and protecting their cultures and beliefs and respecting what they believe in and celebrate. We are nation of many races and religions and should all respect each other and help each other we cannot let one person separate us. Please sign this petition and share it to get this day removed Americans are about getting together and helping each other let's show them we still care about each other.
