#S.344 You only have one body and one life, and many brave men and women have given one or both of these to the US military. While most are able to adjust to their life outside the military some are still effected despite the many efforts to compensate them. Some of us had made the choice to retire out of the Military when we joined and re-enlisted with pride, but the damages and injuries our bodies have received cut that short for us leaving us with the only option of discontinuing our service and commitment. We are also left with limited means of providing the best life for ourselves and our families. Since the pandemic, it has been brought to my attention that there are funds in places unbeknownst to many Americans that can be handed out in time of need.  Yes, that is a blessing, but it got me wondering about the passing of #S.344. If this bill pass it would be as of the United States have rewarded us instead of penalizing us for something that is out of our control. The choice to discontinue our service was out of our control, this too maybe out of our control, but it's not out of yours. Please consider passing #S.344 so that the American dream can continue on for all American citizens including the military veterans. Thank you and God bless.
