Russian forces viscously attacked Ukraine.  The Western countries and the US have been very slow to action.  Now, Putin is threatening with nuclear weapons.  There is no reasoning or negotiating with a tyrant.  We ask President Biden to take the harshest sanctions against Putin, stop buying Russia’s oil and gas, close SWIFT completely and declare Putin a war criminal committing genocide.  We ask to close the skies over Ukraine and push Western countries to do the same.  Russia must be stopped NOW!   There is no time to wait days or weeks.  Please sign this petition to implore President Biden to act NOW.
