Whereas:  We seek an effort to aid US citizens in realizing their desire to acquire residence in Canada due to political stresses and civil unrest, and in pursuit of fellowship with people of like-minds;

Whereas: We recognize the existence of a number of Canadian Citizens in analogous situations so as to foster reciprocity;

Resolved: That any US resident having US Citizenship for 10 years or greater, and their children of less than 25 years of age, having applied for the aforementioned program, and having passed all such background inquiries as deemed necessary by the US and Canadian Governments, shall be granted permanent residency in the country of Canada, IN EXCHANGE FOR a Canadian citizen meeting these same requirements in their respective jurisdictions, to receive likewise permanent residency in the US.
