U.S. CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT

RE: FAILURES TO HOLD DONALD J. TRUMP ACCOUNTABLE FOR 34 FELONY CONVICTIONS; 2 IMPEACHMENTS; A VIOLENT INSURRECTION TO OVERTHROW THE 2020 ELECTION AND “HANG [VICE PRESIDENT] MIKE PENCE;” HIS SPREAD OF RACIST LIES WHICH  INCITED MOB VIOLENCE AGAINST LEGAL HAITIAN IMMIGRANTS, AND OTHER CRIMINAL, FRAUDULENT, DISHONEST, OR DEADLY MISCONDUCT AS HE EMERGES TO SERVE ANOTHER TERM AS U.S. PRESIDENT, WILL PUT ALL LESS POWERFUL AMERICANS AT RISK

Attorney General Merrick B. Garland
U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington DC 20530

Now that the United States of America and its U.S. Department of Justice have permitted former President Donald J. Trump to again serve in the highest office, which places him in the nation’s top job which supervises the world’s largest base of employees (U.S. Department of Defense), with 34 felony convictions, without ever serving any prison time, this complaint comes in pertinent part, as a demand, in order to be fair, the United States Government allow all Black, Brown, poor, and oppressed humans within the jurisdiction of these United States who now have  “34 felony convictions” OR LESS, be released from prison.

Further, since Trump, who is elected to serve another term in the nation’s top job, has a criminal record with multiple felon convictions, a criminal record must no longer be used as an obstacle to prevent a human being within the jurisdiction of the United States from being eligible for employment.

Otherwise, the Justice Department’s failure to ensure Trump is arrested and sentenced accordingly, per his egregious, criminal, and convicted violations, constitutes a grave injustice, and is evidence of a conspicuous breach in judicial justice and such an example served as a dangerous discriminatory act which may include, but not be limited to racial and class discrimination.

Furthermore, systematically allowing Trump and his circle of accomplices, to commit felonies, incite violent crimes, and discriminately target certain human segments of society, without accountability and severe consequences, place all Americans, and especially the least powerful, at risk of irreparable harm, including violent domestic terrorist attacks, harmful acts of discrimination, racism, misogyny, homophobia, etc., and other mistreatment that may result in serious injury and premature death.

Trump was convicted on May 30, 2024, but in contradiction to how convicted felons are normally sentenced and subsequently confined, Trump has remained free to serve as a candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election as the Republican Party nominee.  According to news reports, in his 2024 bid for the presidency against the Democratic nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump was elected on November 5, 2024.  Trump’s freedom to run for office also brought irreparable harm, death threats, domestic terrorism, and school closings to the innocent, vulnerable, and legal Haitian immigrant community of Springfield, OH.  As a national and worldwide audience of more than 67 million viewers watched during September 2024, Trump recklessly  spewed racist lies, accusing the entire Haitian community of “eating their neighbor’s cats and dogs.”

Trump’s election to office, in spite of his high number of felony convictions, while paying no debt to society, must serve as the beginning of the end of Black mass incarceration. Please help “We The People” also confirm that Trump’s felony convictions prevented his eligibility to vote for himself in the 2024 Presidential Election as felony convictions are being used to suppress Black votes due to how Black Americans are the constant victims of sentencing disparities.

According to a 2023 report from the United States Sentencing Commission, sentencing differences continued to exist across demographic groups when examining all sentences imposed during the five-year study period (fiscal years 2017-2021). These disparities were observed across demographic groups—both among males and females.

Specifically, Black males received sentences 13.4 percent longer, and Hispanic males received sentences 11.2 percent longer, than White males.
Hispanic females received sentences 27.8 percent longer than White females, while Other race females received sentences 10.0 percent shorter.

Then ask yourself, how is it that a man who is ineligible to vote due to multiple felony convictions; a man who was  impeached twice, with the second impeachment coming as part of his violent incitement of an insurrection during January 6, 2021, which caused 2.7 billion dollars in damages to governmental property, led to the deaths of multiple Capitol police, and sought to assassinate Vice President Mike Pence, via a hanging, eligible to serve in the highest office of the presidency, rather than the penitentiary?

Approximately 140 police officers were assaulted during the aforementioned January 6 insurrection, which amongst other crimes, included an assault on about 80 police from the U.S. Capitol and about 60 from the Metropolitan Police Department.

How is it that more than 950 defendants have been arrested in nearly all 50 states and the District of Columbia, in both District and Superior Court, regarding the aforementioned January 6 insurrection, but the dangerous criminal who clearly led, incited, and told blatant lies that triggered the violence and assassination attempt toward Vice President Pence, received no arrest and has been allowed to be elected and promoted to serve in the nation’s highest office where he has already declared he will give pardons to his violent partners in crime?

Also, all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, typically require that all court cases, fines, restitutions, and other conditions be fully resolved before you embark on a military career. This includes minor traffic offenses as well as more severe non-traffic offenses. Since the Commander-In-Chief is the superior and “commander” over all military personnel, how is it feasible, permissible, or legal that the said Commander-In-Chief has 34 felony convictions that have not been “fully resolved?”

Further, until Trump pays for his crimes, via sentencing and subsequent prison incarceration where called for, I find it only reasonable to demand that Trump’s July 25, 2019 reactivation of the Federal Death Penalty, be reversed or postponed via moratorium, and no one be sentenced to death, until Trump is punished to the fullest extent of the law, in light of his criminal convictions and actions.

Trump must not be allowed to serve as a bully toward the less fortunate and egregiously punish them with irreversible death sentencing, while avoiding punishment for his own egregious crimes.

During the year span (2019 to 2020) between Trump’s reactivation of the said federal death penalty, for the first time in history, Trump executed more inmates at the federal level, than all state executions combined.

In fact, Trump executed more inmates at the federal level than any president in 120 years prior. If we are going to be “tough on crime,” it is only fair that we start at the top, where no American is above the law and no U.S. Government official should be allowed to punish others for crimes while simultaneously avoiding punishment for his own crimes.

If these reasonable demands are not going to be adhered to, it is time, we must again, “Tell Old Pharaoh, to Let My People Go!”  Let the [Black American and oppressed] “People” who are victim of sentencing disparities and are massively incarcerate, “go” free, especially since it is clear, you are not going to incarcerate rich, powerful, and Caucasian men like Trump, whose crimes, lies, and threats of domestic terrorism, are far more egregious, more conspicuous, repetitious, dangerous toward the vulnerable masses, and are committed without remorse.

As one who believes in justice, a caring and civil society, and the prevention of discriminatory laws and practices that dangerously places Trump and others above the laws, I co-sign this petition and am in solidarity with this complaint and call for justice.
