It looks like the public will be allowed to attend the next meeting to be held at 3pm, Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the Hilton Head Library. I am a bit perplexed why it can't be held right here in Bluffton at a time that allows working folk to attend but so be it. I haven't had an answer as to whether the public will be able to comment but regardless, the developers are supposed to provide a new development plan as well as address who will foot the infrastructure tab should there be one. If you are not able to attend please e-mail Paul Sommerville, the County Council Chairman (psommerville@bcgov.net), Rick Caporale (rcaporale@bcgov.net, Tabor Vaux (tvaux@bcgov.net) and Steve Fobes (sfobes@bcgov.net) and request that the development agreement be made public immediately upon receipt. If I find out that public comments will be allowed, I will shoot you all an update. It ain't over till the fat lady sings so don't give up hope!
