Since when did "teaching a lesson" through death become acceptable? And that too when inflicted on a creature deprived of speech. The heinous act of killing 8 pups right in front of their mother in Tumkur area is nothing but sad and shameful. Animal cruelty should not be taken so lightly since we humans are supposed to have higher thinking faculties. The offender should be brought to books. The mother of those 8 pups has been going around her kids' grave for the past 5 days. One can not not even imagine what she must be going through.
