Problem
America's youth has been deprived of the crucial knowledges of comprehensive sexual education programs due to the growth of abstinence-only curriculums that refuse to teach topics such as contraceptives, STD/I education & prevention, human development, decision making, pregnancy education & prevention, family relations, and consent. The lack of these topics has proven to increase pregnancy and STD/I rates amongst teens, while also showing a decrease in willingness to get tested and/or receive treatment for said conditions.

Solution
In order to properly educate America's youth, comprehensive programs must replace abstinence-only programs. Comprehensive curriculums would also teach abstinence and celibate lifestyles and behaviors along with all the other comprehensive subjects mentioned above. The switch would reduce teen pregnancy and STD/I rates, as seen in states that choose to introduce their students to comprehensive educational programs.
