I am writing this petition to change people's perception on what and who disabled people are. 

In Primary, most Disabled students are on an EHC plan, but if their not and their struggling they have to wait till their 2 years behind in their academic work. For example, a 10-year-old could be working hard but struggle lots and they have to be working at an 8-year-old standard of learning to get the the support they need, which isn't fair on them.
In Secondary school, teachers will sometimes question and say it's not safe to people with disabilities for them to do certain things. Some TA’s often come to help you, which is fine if you are struggling. But is also frustrating  because they often tell you the answers before you've read the question which doesn't help when you're trying to focus.
