We all the Veterinarians are writing this to state govt that as above mentioned subject, the scheme of one Mobile Veterinary Dispensary per ten villages (10MVD) will be implemented by GVK-EMRI from 01/06/2020 that was previously run by Animal Husbandry Department of Gujarat.

Since 2015, Veterinarians of gujarat and as well as many from other state have been working in MVD scheme..

Veterinarians served in this scheme always did their duty and showed their contribution in many aspects.

In regard to that we have done diseases diagnosis and treatment of domestic as well as pet animals in 10 villages, infertility camps, Vaccination programme, Pashu aarogya mela program, FIP camps, avain camps,as well as very useful extension work for farmers.

We always present even in many disease outbreaks without any heft. Satisfactory and professional services have been provided by the veterinary officers on duty in the scheme till date of commencement of one mobile veterinary scheme per ten villages.

The decision to support the privatization of these government services, despite the diligent, timely and honest work of the veterinary officers, has hurt the spirit of young veterinary officers.

Furthermore, we want to add that in the current year, even in the global pandemic like COVID-19, Veterinarians still contributes invaluable services without worrying about its own health.

In this odd situation like lockdown, the veterinary officers of all Gujarat states are doing their duty in this scheme.

A total of 1,39,087 animals have been treated between 14/04/2020 to 31/05/2020, including 53,803 cattle, 43,196 buffalo, 28,560 goats, 9981 sheep and other animals.

Frustrated by GVK-EMRI's exploitative policies, a large number of veterinarians had left job from 1962 karuna Ambulance managed by GVK-EMRI or in grief due to companies unprofessional behavior and arrogance.

Therefore, we all veterinarian working here and also who are not part of this scheme demand that govt should cancel the order of privatization of 10MVD scheme to GVK-EMRI.
