The most Canadian café is Tim Hortons. All of the stores across the country are the same. Why not add some variety and attract new customers by the staff members?

After consulting numerous groups of people, it seems it would be beneficial to open a Tim Hortons that is staffed by goth femboy cosplayers. With recent internet sensation of "Femboy Hooters", many people have expressed interest in feminine boys working at the restaurants. The only problem here is Hooters isn't a place in Canada which is why we decided Tim Hortons would be the best choice.

To take the idea up a step further by appealing to larger groups of people, the staff should also be cosplayers to appeal to the weeaboos by dressing as their favourite anime characters and bringing them to life. A goth style will add a bit of originality to an ordinarily plain idea and attract more customers as the style is quite popular amongst the youth of today. This will bring a modern rendition and unique appeal that will certainly cause business to start booming again.

As for location, it would be best to start at a larger city such as Vancouver or Toronto however a growing city like Kelowna will certainly help small local businesses grow and further develop the city.
