Tiktok are routinely, and randomly, banning users' videos for "community guidelines violations."

There is an appeals process that is also random and at times very delayed. Creators from minority groups are unfairly caught out by this, due to malicious mass reporting of their material by groups of trolls seeking to silence them. (Violations lead to bans very quickly).  In a vast majority of cases the bans are not justified and do not break guidelines. 

The videos are being banned by automated systems, and on the basis of deliberately orchestrated mass reporting, a numbers game of sorts. 

Tiktok need to remove the threat of bans from the process of withdrawing a video until it is an established violation certified by a qualified moderator. 

Tiktok need to examine the issue of malicious mass reporting and how it impacts creators from minority groups.
