As a part of the community of TikTok we have come together to voice our concerns about the lack of transparency and fairness in TikTok's account banning process. This issue has personally affected us through the unjust banning of creator @txic.tez, who has had four accounts permanently banned without any clear violation of community guidelines. His content and lives were always positive, fun, and created a safe space for thousands to enjoy. He had 160 000 followers, Live pro status and had achieved this in 1 year!!!

TikTok is a social media platform used by millions worldwide. It is not just an app; it is a place where communities are formed, friendships are made, and creativity thrives. However, the recent events surrounding @txic.tez's accounts have raised serious questions about the fairness of TikTok's policies.

Behind every creator on TikTok is a team of thousands willing to fight for them. We believe that all creators should be able to produce content without fear of unfair banning. Moreover, when such actions are taken by TikTok management, there must be clear communication explaining why such measures were necessary.

We demand that TikTok reinstates @txic.tez’s accounts along with any earnings lost during his time offline due to these unwarranted bans. We also urge TikTok to review its account banning process and ensure it is transparent and fair for all users moving forward.
