Petition updateRelease the Old Disney Channel Shows and Movies on DVDBad News for The Suite Life Fans

We have recently surpassed 400 signatures on my petition to get classic Disney Channel original shows and movies out on DVD. Still going strong and making progress, which is good.

Unfortunately, I have some bad news to share for those who watch movies on YouTube. On October 2019, YouTube has put a false age restriction on a few kid-friendly movies, including Disney Channel's The Suite Life Movie. Which means YouTube users under the age of 18 who have purchased this movie can no longer watch it on that site. An online friend of mine shared this video with me for proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVqWFK6Iwow

Those affected YouTube users who prefer not to use other streaming services (for reasons such as cost and other personal reasons) are SOL unless they have a DVD/Blu-ray player and a DVD copy of the movie. Unfortunately, Disney has not officially release The Suite Life Movie on DVD as of this date, which means those who want to own the movie physically will have to buy a bootleg DVD copy of it through certain sites.

Who knows if any other rare DCOMs and Disney shows have been false flagged as well (such as the Zenon trilogy, for example). This right here is one more risk taken by relying exclusively on streaming services instead of physical media: The inability to access your rightfully purchased media again. This IMHO is yet another reason why Disney should release their old Disney Channel original shows and movies on DVD.

To those who watch movies on YouTube and happen to have purchased other Disney Channel movies from there: Feel free to comment below if you've noticed any other DCOMs getting falsely age restricted in your experience.
