After watching Disney/Pixar's Onward in theaters - a movie that I enjoy - with a large group of friends, I noticed that the opening weekend box office was $40 million (an all-time low for a Pixar film). Its second weekend was even worse, taking a 73% drop from its opening weekend ($10 million). Now, Onward is on track to lose up to $200 million! We cannot let that happen. I agree that the COVID-19 pandemic is the main reason this box office disaster happened, but it is not too late to fix those mishaps. I strongly suggest that Disney and Pixar theatrically relaunch Onward on December 23 (Wednesday). I recommend Disney to choose near the end of 2020 as a comeback. Onward is a fabulous film that - financially and critically - deserves better.
