Re-orginsation of NOUN EXAM time tables so student Don't have 2 or more papers same time

The Issue

With reference to the ongoing Computer based Exams for the Year 1 and Year 2 student. It was observed that most student have to write two papers same time, which is not a ethical. These incident has lead to student having unplanned carry over because the system would have being logged out by the time the are done with the first paper been that it's the two or three papers are running concurrently.

Every student has a right to be protected. If timetable that was not planned well with respect to the facility capacity and the number of student enrolled then one might refer to it as a means of extortion from student because the have to register ther carry over and possible pay school fees for extra year.

It is also observed that school digital capacity for the Exam is no match to the number of student enrolled at some exam center and as such student who have 8 am paper may end up writing by 10 or 11am because the have to take turn to use the system.

So I would like the school authorities to look strictly into this.

Here are my recommendations

1. Every Department should plan there time table based on there courses.

2. Then any General Course which involves other department either as elective should be discussed with them and reach a finial conclusion before publication of EXAM timetable

3. National Open University, if the must go ahead with Computer based Exams must make provisions for facility to accomodated the number of student the enrolled.

4. The school should organise itself, increase exam center and be able to match this exam center with number of student enrolled.
