Hello everyone,

The developer that we have been speaking to has agreed to sell 76 lots that were scheduled to be a part of the development on the loop. These lots are located near the 175-foot buffer and an appraisal would need to be done. Volusia Forever Land Conservation program was renewed with a 75% public approval in November. This is the best opportunity in years to save land on the Ormond Scenic Loop, but we need your help to achieve this conservation. Please make your voices heard by emailing the Volusia County Council expressing support for purchasing land on the Ormond Scenic Loop to be placed in conservation:
