The city of Seven Hills, Ohio, forced us to enter into a contract without our prior or explicit consent. THEY ARE CHARGING US 50% CAPITALIZED INTEREST WITHOUT HAVING FIRST INFORMED US AND 100 OTHER HOMEOWNERS. They actually amortized our original $12,300 to almost $19,000 over 20 years!

Sign our petition and tell Seven Hills City Council and the Law Director that adding crippling levels of interest to tax assessments without EXPLICITLY DETAILING THE AMOUNTS TO BE CHARGED is not acceptable. And while you're at it, tell them that charging us for an "improvement" forced on us by the city itself has only worsened our situation; so ask them to remove that, too. Help us keep our home!
