Hey, my name is Pastor Bruce E. Curry of GO Faith Apostolic Ministries. It is our custom that at the beginning of every year to go on a fast. This year during our fast as I was feeding my mind with the gospel I sensed the Lord saying,” You have a National Day of Prayer, but NOT a National Day of Fasting.” He reminded me of Matthew 17 where Jesus said, “How beit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.” This is what the Holy Ghost spoke to me. “Faith pleases God, but Unity honors God.” So, what will we be fasting and praying for? We will be fasting and praying for God’s intervention in our homes, families, and communities. Also we are fasting and praying for a great revival in the church and a great awakening among the Non-Believers. The fast will be on June 1st – A absolute fast meaning we eat nothing, we only drink water and 100% juice. The fast will start at 6 a.m. June 1st and end 6 a.m. June 2nd. Let's do this together so we can see real change on a worldwide scale.
