The Mayor's Office of Animal Welfare doesn't do enough for stray and feral cats. During winters, the weather gets harsher, food is scarce, and there's an overpopulation of strays. Although MOAW understands the issues that are posed, MOAW does not take proper actions to handle this recurring issue. The actions that MOAW does take, like Trap-Neuter-Return education, are often insufficient and leave the majority of the work to volunteers. 

Sign this petition to get the Mayor's Office of Animal Welfare to provide more shelters for stray cats, food, and partner with veterinary hospitals to continue Trap-Neuter-Return.
