THIS IS A CALL TO NATIONAL DUTY

As patriots, we are hopeful of a better Liberia for everyone. Our movement is non-partisan, non-sectarian and noninvasive. We owe loyalty to no individual or group, but our dear country, Liberia.

As we are aware of the many challenges Liberia is faced with, we are under a moral obligation to stand up for ourselves and protect our future. The future is now.
This protection of the future of which l speak, is in a positive, proactive and democratic way of life, one not the not narrow, selfish and self-centered.
Gone are the days when young people were used as pawns to destroy and pillage their country, and by so doing, their future. Our campaign is geared towards enlightening the minds of our fellow young people, on the importance of maintaining the country's fragile peace and thus we demand of our direct Representatives a better system of governance, a system that benefits everyone, no matter who you are: regardless of county of origin, sectarian affiliation, ethnicity, or social and economic status.

This message seeks to tell us young people how powerful the houses of the Legislature are, and that those people whom we elect as our direct Representatives, are in no small way responsible for our backwardness as a nation and people, and as such, we need to send a resoundingly clear and uncompromising message to them. You shape up or you ship out!
Moreover, the message is that we need a system that works for everyone! We encourage us all to put aside our petty political differences and fight for the the only country that we have, the "Lone Star:" one people, one nation, one destiny.
I thank you for your time.

We are hopeful that after our petition in January, it will be a new beginning for transformation in Liberia.

That the legislature will with immediate effect stand as independent as they are to be and not used by the executive.

That the legislature will with immediate effect discharge the duties of oversights and representations prescribed in the Constitution,

That the legislature will with immediate effect intervene for the reductions in tariffs at the National Port Authority of Liberia.

That the legislature will with immediate effect begin check and balance on the Executive and Judiciary branches of government........

That the legislature will with immediate effect work with the Ministry of Education to get the university of Liberia and other government universities develop up to international standard.

That the legislature will with immediate effect work with the Ministry of Health to develop JFK, Redemption and all other government run hospitals and not traveling traveling to Ghana and other countries to seek medical attention

These and many more coming up in the January statement.
