Sunderland AFC fielded Adam Johnson several times after his arrest following sexual acts with a minor. He admitted to the clubs Chief Executive about kissing the 15 year old and they continued to play Johnson. I consider this to be Sunderland effectively fielding an ineligible player which in the past has come with a penalty of a fine and/or points deduction.
