The mother of my grandchildren left the state of Florida without telling me. I asked her if she was moving to Texas because there was talk on social media. My son is in jail and I have for three years been getting the kids, or she had family bring the kids to me. I live 5 hours away. We have spent Holidays together even with her. I have for the past three months trying to arrange to get the kids so my son can see them when he gets out of jail. She told me Domenic will be starting school so they couldn’t come here but we could come see both Domenic and Avani anytime. She let me think she was still living with her mother in Florida. Well the mother of my grandchildren was arrested for the murder of my grandson with her boyfriend or article refers to him as stepfather. He physically abused my grandson. They were staying in a hotel room in Texas and Domenic died in that room. They then drove to Colorado and dumped his body in a ravine and took off to Costa Rico. His body was found not even buried and animals had gotten to him. Now my granddaughter is in a facility in Costa Rico and she has been abused too. She saw everything. My son is about to get out of jail and this is a mess. The FBI has Domenic body still in Colorado and Avani is not even in the United States and she is a United States citizen. I have to fight to get my my granddaughter back to United States to her father. Please help us. If I had rights as a grandparent I could have protected them both.
