I am a content exposing the deceptive tactics of a serial scammer on YouTube known as @Hikooky. This individual preys on unsuspecting users, particularly within the Roblox community. Over time, he has created multiple channels to further his fraudulent activities.

Roblox is an online platform that encourages creativity and interaction among its users. However, it's disheartening to see such platforms being exploited by scammers like @Hikooky who tarnish this positive experience for personal gain. YouTube has policies in place against harmful or dangerous content which includes scams (source: YouTube Policies). Yet despite these regulations, @Hikooky continues his deceitful operations unchecked.
