If you look at the new 5G cell tower, you can see a warning label. You can't read it from the ground so we requested to get a copy of the warning label from the city of Tampa. The warning label is shown below.

NOTICE

ATT operates antennas at this structure. Above this point you are entering an area where radio frequency (RF) fields may exceed the FCC General Population Exposure Limits. Follow safety guidelines for working in an RF environment. Keep 1 ft. away from the fronts of antennas.

Meanwhile, ATT filed its annual 10-K report back in February, stating that the company could face litigation relating to alleged adverse health effects of wireless radiation exposure from its wireless devices.

Key quote: "In the wireless area, we also face current and potential litigation relating to alleged adverse health effects on customers or employees who use such technologies including, for example, wireless devices.

We may incur significant expenses defending such suits or government charges and may be required to pay amounts or otherwise change our operations in ways that could materially adversely affect our operations or financial results."

Many insurance companies including LLoyd's of London, exclude any liability coverage for claims, "directly or indirectly arising out of, resulting from or contributed by electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic radiation, electromagnetism, radio waves or noise."

WHAT DO THE INSURANCE COMPANIES KNOW?

One of the world's largest insurance companies, Swiss Re, classifies electromagnetic radiation as the highest risk category. It has recommended other insurance companies to write in an exclusion clause against paying compensation for illnesses caused by continuous long-term, non-ionising radiation exposure.
