DePere Middle School Students Should Be Able To Order Food and Get It Delivered To School For Lunch.

When at school, children crave being able to interact with the outside world. A simple thing such as just having there own meal dropped off by someone makes them feel connected. Letting kids order there own food also gives them the option to CHOOSE which type of food they want to eat. This can reduce the food waste percentage by a lot. As someone who’s Uncle lost his job due to Covid-19, I understand what it’s like to watch someone you love struggle with money. My uncle works as an Uber Eats driver. Believe it or not they only get Paid about $2-$7 per delivery. Ordering from local businesses and delivery would help multiple families. 

If Students were given the opportunity to order from places like Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash, etc, they would be able to help not only there selves but also others.
