Change is not harmful when it benefits both sides but when change is based on the 1st party it start to become harmful and a threat to the 2nd and the 3rd party,this is why teachers today see change as a threat rather than an advancement because it has threatened their safety in the profession.   To the law, teachers are always wrong and always the ones to be blamed while earners are always right.  The government protects learners more than teachers and this always affect teachers' Freedom in the classroom.  Our government need to review the newly introduced laws of discipline and start to realize how does these policies affect teachers.
