I am wondering why there is no relief for those of us who listened to government urgings (years ago) to save for our futures with 401K's and 403b etc.etc.  Now these venues are doing nothing but losing our hard earned money. 

We cannot deduct the loses on our income tax and to add insult to injury we are assessed with a Tax Penalty if we withdraw from the meager balances that we have left. 

We are caught in a lose, lose situation.  I'd like our President to have someone address this problem.
