Take Down Rebecca Ann Talley-Holley's Facebook Account and Pages
The Issue
Last month, I made a petition to put Rebecca Ann Talley-Holley in jail. If you don't know Talley-Holley is a woman who has been lying and making online campaigns about the suicide case of Rebecca Sedwick, a 12-year-old girl who died by suicide in 2013 after she was bullied at Crystal Lake Middle School in Florida. Now I am making another petition to shut down her Facebook account and page called "Rebecca Ann Sedwick case evidence truth"
Talley-Holley has been accusing Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd of lying about Sedwick's death, but when Guadalupe Shaw (Borgen) posted on Facebook that said, "Yes ik I bullied REBECCA nd she killed her self but IDGAF.", it led to Judd making arrests of both Shaw and Katelyn Roman after it was determined that Sedwick was bullied. Prosecutors dropped those charges a month later for not enough evidence (which is common), but Talley-Holley has not stopped and won't stop until Sedwick's case gets reopened (which won't).
Talley-Holley has also posted pictures of Sedwick's autopsy (which is against the law in Florida) thinking that Sedwick was murdered, but a medical examiner conducted Sedwick's body and found that it was suicide because if it was murder, Sedwick would be thrown further. As most of you should know, autopsies DO NOT lie.
Please sign this second petition so that way we can get Talley-Holley off of Facebook and put her in jail (sign other petition). Because if she harrasses Sedwick's mom (Tricia Norman), she might harrass another family's kid who was a suicide victim, like Mallory Grossman (June 2017, Died by Suicide Because of Bullying), Rosalie Avila (December 2017, Died by Suicide Because of Bullying), and Adriana Kuch (February 2023, Died by Suicide Because of Bullying). I will have links for the other petition and her Facebook pages that should be shut down.
