On September 9, 2013, 12-year-old Rebecca Sedwick sadly ended her own life after her mom says she was bullied relentlessly. One of her bullies, Guadalupe Shaw posted on Facebook that said, "Yes ik I bullied REBECCA nd she killed her self but IDGAF." Upon seeing that post, Polk County sheirff Grady Judd arrested Shaw along with another girl and charged them with felony aggravated stalking before dropping those charges a month later.

However, one woman claims that Rebecca did not commit suicide and started bullying her mother, Tricia Norman for claiming that she made it up all in an act. Rebecca Ann Talley has been demanding that Sedwick's case gets reopened, claiming she was murdered, but will not give evidence as to why she claims that. 

Based on this, I would ask that you PLEASE sign this petition to put Talley in jail, since she has continued to bully Rebecca's mother. A medical examiner conducted Sedwick's autopsy, and according to Dr. Phil, if Sedwick was murder, she would have been thrown way further and that Sediwck didn't jump from the tower by accident. 

Hopefully, we can get many signatures so that way Rebecca Ann Talley can end up in jail for making false statements and bullying Sedwick's family. Hopefully Governor Ron DeSantis will make this woman go to jail for bullying this poor girl and making false statements.
