All us guys go through stuff, and we need to be able to talk about it freely without judgment. If people knew it was Men's Mental Health Month, they would help us. Currently, June is both Pride Month and Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. This overlap means that the focus on men's mental health often gets overshadowed by the important celebrations of Pride.

Men's mental health is a critical issue that needs more visibility. According to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, men die by suicide 3.63 times more often than women in the United States (source: AFSP). By moving Pride Month to another month, we can ensure that both causes receive the attention they deserve.
