We are immigrants who entered the United States legally, through valid visas.
We have Social Security Numbers, we are authorized to work, and we pay taxes like every other American.

VALOR calls for a secure enlistment pathway for lawfully present immigrants who do not yet have a green card, but who live, work, and contribute LEGALLY under U.S. law.

We respect U.S. immigration law.
We are not asking for shortcuts, amnesty, or special treatment.
We entered LEGALLY, we live LEGALLY, we work LEGALLY — and we ask only for the legal right to serve.

Over 1.5 million immigrants are living in the United States legally under temporary or transitional status — such as visa holders, DACA recipients, TPS holders, and others with work authorization. Thousands of them are  eager to serve.

But today, we are not allowed to join the U.S. military.
Not because we lack loyalty — but because no lawful pathway exists for us to serve.

While the military faces a historic recruitment shortage, we stand ready — fully legal, fully vetted, and willing to take on critical and combat roles.

We are not asking for favors. We are asking for a chance to earn our place through honorable service.
