Dr. Benjamin Tekippe, a highly respected Chiropractor who has been serving the New Orleans community since 2011 needs your help. This petition is for BCBS Members only, who sought treatment from Dr. Tekippe from 2017-2020. He has been accused of billing for services that were not rendered to patients. It has been alleged by the FBI that he would "bait" patients in with massages, perform the massages and then "tack" on extra services including Mechanical Traction, Electric Muscle Stimulation, Stretches/Exercises and Adjustments that were not performed. These allegations are serious and unless the truth comes out, he is facing a lengthy Federal Prison Sentence. We are asking you to sign this petition if you were a BCBSLA member being treated by Dr. Tekippe between 2017-2020 and acknowledge that you were in fact receiving the other services listed above (Mechanical Traction, Electric Muscle Stimulation, Stretches/Exercises, Adjustments) and NOT just massages. Also, that you acknowledge that you had musculoskeletal complaints and that the services were medically necessary to treat those complaints. Each signature gathered will contribute towards the fight against these false accusations and will serve in upholding the honor of an esteemed doctor like him, who has extended his services selflessly to countless patients.
