Support broadcasting royalties / music performers

The Issue

As you may know, songwriters receive royalties, but, performers don't when their work is played on radio, largely because pressure from the broadcasters has prevented congressional action.  However, legislation is now pending in both House and Senate to require broadcasters to pay performers.  This is just and equitable.  Congress should pass S 379 and HR 848.
